thickness of .032, .040, or .063 inches.
Won't rust. Great for outdoor and long
term signs.
Good for table top displays, indoor
booths, and backing for pictures. Light
weight with some boards usable
outdoors.
Available in sizes up to 5' x 10' in many
colors with thicknesses of 1mm, 2mm,
3mm, 6mm, or 8mm. Light weight, can
be CNC cut and accepts vinyl well.
Durable clear material good for rear
mounted and painted door plaques
and signs. Artwork is protected from
the eliments. Also used to cover
signage in some displays.
Great outdoor or indoor material.
Available up to 5' x 10', in a variety of
colors and textures. Semi ridgid
material that accepts vinyl well.
Available in thicknesses of 2mm, 3mm,
4mm or 8mm.
Backlit signs require a translucent
material that will diffuse the light for
even lighting of the display.
Polycarbonate is the strongest of the
materials for backlit. Other materials
also are available for backlit signage
.
MDO plywood is good for free standing
or free supported signs that require a
non flexible base. MDO is often used
for a backing for other more flexible
substrates.
Magnetic sheeting works well on
vehicles for temporary signs and use
on magnetic surfaces like doors or
steel displays. Digital print looks great
on these surfaces.
A light weight, low cost material great
for temporary signs. Used often in yard
signs, or handheld signs.
